John Musser is an artist, academic, and performer, best known for creating and embodying the maximalist drag persona Veronica Bleaus. His collaborative multimedia installations and performance pieces, such as The Diva Saga with Scott Andrew, explore the Queer Sublime, speculative fantasy, and the consumption of cultural memory. Musser holds an academic background in Performance Studies, including fellowships and teaching roles at the University of Pittsburgh.
